It has been awhile since I have posted anything, I guess the old saying goes, "Time flies when your having fun." LOL
The hot, summer days seem to be going by so fast. I just can not keep up! To think my little one will be starting Jumpstart (pre-school) in only a few weeks. It seems like just yesterday she was born. But then I hear Macayla and her sister fighting and I remember no not yesterday and I can not wait for the kids to go to school 2 days a week! My baby, McKenzie is 3 and she will be in daycare on the same days to just give me a break. I love this structured daycare because they learn so much and interact with other children their own age. I am hoping to be able to really work on some crafts and get them listed on ebay. I love creating and I never seem to have enough time to do this. I am fortunate to be able to be a stay at home mommy while hubby works but I also miss working. Staying home with my little ones is one of the hardest jobs I have ever had to do.
I guess Mother Nature is showing her anger with all of the destruction that is happening in the world right now. Every time I check my email news or TV there is another destruction happening. My heart goes out to all of you that have had your lives changed by any of these destructions. So many floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, mudslides, cave-ins, fires and the list goes on. It breaks my heart to see what all of you have lost. I pray for all of you and your families and friends because I know your world has been tipped upside down and there is no way to change it. May God Bless all of you and keep you safe.

- I love the simple ways of life and I miss so much of it in this fast paced world. Time seems to go by so fast and I can not keep up to it. I love seeing new things through my children's eyes as they learn new things. I love early morning when I wake up at my campsite before anyone else does and I take in the smells from the crisp autumn air, while snuggled in a warm blanket. I listen to the birds singing their glory morning songs and I think to myself that this is serenity. This is peace. I love Christmas and all of the fragrances that go along with it. The laughter and dancing eyes from my children and grandchildren when they see what santa has left for them. I love to just to be able to enjoy those quiet moments when it seems like I can make time stand still if only for a moment.
